Sean Halse, Beverage Manager of Capella Hanoi (home of The Hudson Rooms) will serve up signatures like his Warbonnet Locomotive (HK$130*), made with intriguing ingredients including purple cabbage, whilst General Manager Collin Nguyen and Lead Bartender Thomas Nguyen of The Haflington will serve up concoctions such as the malt-based The Kingship (HK$130*), made ultra-fragrant with the inclusion of black pepper honey, kaffir lime leaves and more.
