Terrible Baby x Raion Pop-up

Terrible Baby at Eaton HK welcomes Manila’s acclaimed bar Raion for a one-night-only pop-up on Wednesday, March 25, 2026. 

Terrible Baby, a vibrant destination for cocktails in a lush garden setting, will host the creative bartending collaboration, ensuring a memorable night of drinks and cocktail culture. 

Charismatic duo, Kate Osmillo and Shinichi Itoh, from Raion will join behind the bar at Terrible Baby to serve up libations like the Highball (HK$110), a clarified highball made with whisky, vanilla ice cream and a fresh pear garnish. Also on the menu is Aglio Olio (HK$120), a contemporary take on the classic French 75, reimagined in a savory direction with Monkey 47 gin, capsicum extract, garlic chives, olive oil and a touch of effervescence for a bright, aromatic finish. Last but not least, the Graybeard (HK$130) combines the DNA of a classic old-fashioned and rusty nail, built on Jameson Black Barrel and smoky Islay whisky, layered with black walnut bitters, and plum cordial for a rich profile of spiced honey, plum and gentle peat.

Osmillo, a former chef and now a master of mixology, won the Don Papa competition in 2017 and represented the Philippines in Glenfiddich’s World’s Most Experimental Bartender. As  Raion’s Co-founder and Bar Manager, she brings top-tier culinary flair and bar expertise to craft exceptional drinks. Joining her is Itoh, a champion mixologist and Raion’s Head Bartender, who teams up with Kate to dream up innovative drinks that fuse advanced techniques with a sprinkle of futuristic flair.

Raion is celebrated for its ethos of “cocktails for the curious, by the curious,” offering experimental twists on the drinks you know and love. Honoring the classics while utilizing modern techniques and experimental flavor combinations, the award-winning bar is designed as a welcoming refuge where indulgence meets artistry, and every sip is a celebration of balance and creativity.

For HK$300 per person, guests can enjoy a curated tasting journey featuring three signature cocktails from Raion, originally priced at HK$360.
