Terrible Baby x Employees Only Pop-up

Terrible Baby will host a one-night-only bar pop-up with Employees Only Singapore on May 21 at 7pm, bringing together two boundary-pushing bar programs for an evening of high-energy cocktails and hospitality.

Ranked among Asia’s leading cocktail bars, Employees Only Singapore has been consistently recognized on Asia’s 50 Best Bars list and named among Asia’s 10 Best Bars, reflecting its standing within the regional bar scene.

For one night in Hong Kong, the team from Employees Only Singapore will take over the bar at Terrible Baby, presenting a selection of cocktails for the occasion, all priced at HK$120. Dilly, Don’t Dally combines gin, falernum, housemade chamomile cordial, botanical extracts, basil, and lemon juice, milk-washed for a smooth texture and topped with Maison Perrier Forever Lemon. Nightshade blends José Cuervo Blanco tequila with allspice dram, blueberry shrub, peach bitters, and Perrier Sparkling Water for a layered balance of fruit and spice; while Peachy Keen mixes Tito’s vodka with elderflower and peach liqueur, Oolong tea-infused Baldoria Bianco Vermouth, and lemon, finished with Perrier Sparkling Water for a light, floral finish.

Leading the takeover are Principal Bartender and Bar Manager William Melo Camcam and Bartender Darren Prasad, who will be behind the bar throughout the evening. William's recent accolades include 1^st Runner-Up at the Giffard West Cup – Art of Balance Singapore 2024 and 2^nd Runner-Up at the Grey Goose “Do the 'Tini’ Challenge 2025.

Located on Amoy Street, Employees Only Singapore is a neo-speakeasy cocktail bar defined by its Art Deco interiors, a discreet entrance through a fortune-teller’s foyer, and a central curved bar that anchors its lively, high-volume service.

Supported by Perrier, the evening brings together inventive cocktails and vibrant hospitality in Terrible Baby’s signature energetic setting.

For HK$320 per person, guests can enjoy a curated tasting journey featuring three signature cocktails from Employees Only Singapore, originally priced at HK$360.
