With 7 years of experience working in the hospitality industry, Delphine Kong offers passion and expertise in spirits education and building communities. Delphine has crafted cocktails at JinJuu, Bar Q88 (J.W. Marriott), and was previously Head of Prescription in Dr. Fern’s Gin Parlours, where she contributed to research in prescribing gins and botanicals as remedies. She's competed at various competitions, winning Third Place at La Maison Cointreau Hong Kong and breaking into finals at Campari Hong Kong's inaugural bartending competition. Delphine is one of the most celebrated woman mixologists in the city.
