The menu will feature four concoctions, including BB-Club (tart, blackberry-forward with a zesty citrus twist), Into The Wild (an invigorating highball with fragrant lavender, bright citrus), Welcome To The Forest (a martini oasis with herbal notes of Citrus Lillet and a splash of lemon oil), and Monkey G&T (a reimagined classic that’s refreshing, light and familiar). There will also be Monkey By-The-Bottle on the menu, because ‘tis the season to celebrate after all!
