The Ferroviario a classic Argentinian cocktail where Fernet-Branca meets vermouth rosso and a bright splash of Three Cents grapefruit soda, while the Milano Tropicale is a complex concoction of Fernet-Branca, London dry gin, and Cocchi Di Torino poured over a double rock, where bitter herbs, floral gin botanicals, and sweet vermouth intertwine. Both cocktails available throughout August and September, at HK$120 each. Cin cin!
