The Cookies & Campari (HK$100) is the perfect vibrant blend of overproof Campari, Cinzano 1757 and Oreo - infused with Milk foam on the top - perfect for ladies’ night out.

Another special-made cocktail would be CLT Highball (HK$100) combining Appleton Estate Signature Blend Rum, Campari, coffee, grapefruit, citrus and VLT Sparkling. The complex and intriguing mixture of sharp fruity and creamy flavors will ignite the night.
